Total GFA of the project: 143,367 sqm, of which 93,267 sqm is above ground.
Of which approximately 68,000 sqm is office area, 38,367 sqm is retail commercial area and 37,000 sqm is underground garage and human protection area.
Major transport routes in the area
The main roads connecting Mentougou to downtown Beijing are Fushi Road and Lian Shi Road, which provide convenient access to Shijingshan, Haidian and other urban areas.
The Bus Rapid Transit Line 4, which is currently in operation, provides a convenient and fast way to connect Mentougou with the city.
The future opening of the western extension of Chang'an Street will further enhance the convenience of Mentougou to Beijing's urban areas.
The planned underground line to Mentougou will again improve the convenience of transportation.
Based on the surrounding environment of the project site, the southern and western boundaries are on the main road connecting to the core business district, with good accessibility and high commercial value.
The eastern boundary is also close to the commercial core and the functionality of the road is beneficial to the project in attracting people from the north of the river.
The northern boundary is a pedestrian road, mainly for the project's own population and the surrounding residential population, with a high potential for commercial and leisure functions.
