Shangqiu is known as the source of the three merchants and the capital of Chinese merchants, the main site of the hundred schools of thought in China and a national historical and cultural city. Every year, on the 9th day of the 9th lunar month (the birth anniversary of Wang Hai, the Gaozu of Shang), the China Shangqiu International Chinese Merchants Festival is held, attracting a large number of Chinese merchants to invest and set up businesses.

Shangqiu is one of the birthplaces of the Chinese nation, and is the birthplace of commerce, commodities and Shang culture. In the ancient times, the Suijin Clan, the Gao Xin Clan, Zhuan Xu and Dichu, among the Five Emperors, all lived and breathed here. Since the Shang Dynasty was established here by the Tang Dynasty on behalf of the Jie Dynasty, the Song Dynasty in the Spring and Autumn and the Liang Dynasty in the Han Dynasty have all made their capitals here. Hazel Wu of the Southern Dynasty and Zhao Gou of the Southern Song Dynasty ascended to the throne here. Location: located in the Suiyang Industrial Cluster, close to the intersection of Lianhuo Expressway, National Highway 105 and Central Asia Avenue.

Basic information of the project: the total land area of the project is 1006 mu (or 1.07 million square metres), and the nature of the land is currently commercial land.

Floor area ratio of the project: 1.6

Current status of the site: relatively flat land conditions, with a small amount of demolition and relocation parts.

Visibility: the project is adjacent to the main traffic artery of the city (the intersection of National Highway 105 and Central Asia Avenue), with excellent traffic orientation and visibility, which is conducive to the diversion of pedestrian flow.
