The status of the project in Mengke Candela Food Industrial Park and its role to Erdos City

Project Introduction

The project is located in the Mengke Candela Food Industrial Park in Hantai Town, Dongsheng District, Erdos, near the third phase of Tiexi development. It is 12 kilometres away from the railway station, 10 minutes' drive, with a construction area of 43,323.07 square meters, except for the office area of 3,841.45 square meters, the remaining saleable area is 39,481.62 square meters. The Munk Candle Food Industrial Park is an important part of E's "One City, Three Districts" plan, and its progress will largely affect the projects, enterprises and popularity of Tiexi Phase III and its surroundings.
